Your Account

Your account may operate with several currencies at once. In such cases, all balances and transactions are displayed in the specific currency used for each individual operation, allowing you to track the movement of funds clearly regardless of the deposit or withdrawal method you have chosen. Please note that we do not extend credit for the use of the Service under any circumstances – play is only possible with funds you have personally deposited into your account.

Closure and Suspension of an Account

We reserve the right to close or temporarily suspend your account in a number of situations. The most common grounds for such a decision include the following:

• where you fail to comply with these Terms, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not complying with them;
• where such action is necessary to preserve the integrity and fairness of the Service;
• where we have any other reasonable basis for taking such a step.

Please be aware that we may not always be in a position to provide you with advance notice. Should your account be closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms, we may cancel or void any of your bets and withhold any funds remaining in the account, including previously deposited amounts. We also reserve the right to close or suspend any account without prior notification, although any contractual obligations that have already matured will still be honored in full.

Bets and Limits

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or place limits on any wager at any time and for any reason. This applies in particular to any bet that, in our judgment, appears to have been placed in a fraudulent manner with the aim of circumventing the betting limits we have established or otherwise bypassing the regulations of our system.

Errors and Mutual Obligations

If, for any reason, an amount has been credited to your account by mistake, these funds remain our property. As soon as we become aware of such an error, we will notify you, and the corresponding amount will be withdrawn from your account. In situations where your account balance becomes overdrawn for any reason, you will be considered to be in debt to us for the outstanding amount. You are also expected to inform us as promptly as possible whenever you become aware of any errors related to your account.

Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

Please mind that betting is intended purely for entertainment and enjoyment. You should stop as soon as the activity ceases to be fun, and under no circumstances should you wager amounts you cannot afford to lose. If you feel that you may be losing control over your gambling habits, you have the option to self-exclude at any time.

To do so, scroll down to the footer of our website and click on the “Responsible Gambling” link, which will redirect you to the devoted exclusion page. Initially, a cooldown period of twenty-four hours will be applied to your account, which must be confirmed via email. Once this cooldown period comes to an end, you will receive a follow-up message proposal additional self-exclusion timeframes from which you can make your selection.

Prohibition on Account Transfer

You are not permitted to transfer, sell, or pledge your account to any other person. This prohibition extends to the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, and any rights or claims connected with these assets – whether legal, commercial, or of any other nature.

The prohibition also covers, without being limited to, the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, or gifting of such assets in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation, or association, in any form whatsoever.
